ABOUT SISAY

SISAY was established in 1988 as the Southeast Indiana
Soccer Association for Youth organization. Founding members envisioned the strong growth of soccer in Indiana and felt it was time to provide a structured league for the kids in Dearborn, Ohio and Switzerland Counties.

The results speak for themselves. Each year the number of
kids participating has grown. In 2006, there were 150 boys and 125 girls participating in SISAY soccer.

In the past years, SISAY champions have been invited to participate in the local Ohio SAY soccer tournament. SISAY is currently working to regain an invite to the Ohio SAY tournament or work toward inclusion in the Indiana SAY tournament so the local champions can continue their season in SAY events.

No, the photo above isn't the real field being constructed... call it SISAY humor !

SISAY is registered not-for-profit organization, with all proceeds being used to further the sport of soccer in Southeast Indiana. If you have any questions as to the SISAY financials, please contact us.

Our annual fundraiser for SISAY soccer is a raffle drawing of prizes donated by local and regional businesses. This is the ONLY fundraiser for SISAY during the year. No cookies, magazine or gift wrap sales, just the raffle tickets. With this in mind, the kids and parents work extra hard to sell all available tickets. If you are interested in donating to the SISAY raffle, including cash donations that can be used to purchase raffle prizes, please contact us.

SISAY soccer is made up of districts , representing communities within Dearborn, Ohio and Switerland Counties in Indiana. The districts are Aurora, Dillsboro, Lawrenceburg, Hidden Valley, Rising Sun and Switzerland County and Milan.

SISAY soccer teams are broken into 5 age divisions. The age of the child as of July 31st of current calendar year determines the division in which they will participate.

Lollipops - 4 & 5 year olds, each district handles these teams themselves and they do not play other districts. Lollipops are co-ed, both boys and girls playing on the same teams.

Passers - 6 & 7 year olds, separated into girls and boys teams and all districts play other districts, except Rising Sun, who play against teams only in the Rising Sun district.

Wings - 8 & 9 year olds, separated into girls and boys teams and all districts play other districts

Strikers - 10 & 11 year olds, separated into girls and boys teams and all districts play other districts

Kickers - 12 & 13 year olds, separated into girls and boys teams and all districts play other districts
