SISAY SOCCER TOURNAMENT RULES

1. All games will start on time with minimum numbers of players required. A 15-minute grace period will be granted.

2. Unless lightning/thunder occurs (30 minute delay) weather WILL NOT be a factor.

3. Team listed first is home team. It is the Home team’s responsibility to change because of color conflict (referee discretion).

4. Failure to show an official roster (upon request) will cause forfeiture of game.

5. Referee’s decision is final. There CAN NOT be a protest due to time limitations. If a problem occurs the District Referee Coordinator, the Center Referee or a District Board Member will contact Area Referee Coordinator for final decision. Bob Sommer - Cell # 513-515-9156.

6. A red card for a player or coach will mean failure to play in remainder of that game and the next game.
